Airlines generally require that tickets purchased using either frequent flier miles or travel vouchers be handled directly at one of their locations. The same is true for vouchers issued by a variety of travel clubs. You will need to contact them directly to purchase your ticket.

To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in his or her name instead of yours for the passenger/traveler name. Your profile information (e.g. name, address, phone number, etc.) will be used as a default. However, you may type over the appropriate fields and replace them with the actual traveler’s information.

You will get the registeration status online before you book. After we receive your reservation, we will send you an immediate e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will include your itinerary details and ticket price. You may also confirm your reservation online by accessing “My Itinerary”section on the home page.

Yes, we offer domestic and international child / infant fares. Senior and companion fares would be added as a product enhancement soon. However, the pricing and rules for such fares are governed by the airlines.

Credit cards must be in the hirer’s name that should be embossed on the front of the card. The signature of the card holder must appear on the reverse.

A company credit card with the name and signature of the card holder on the front and the back is acceptable.

While we note your preference when you reserve a car, it is sometimes difficult to guarantee a particular model. If you do not get your preferred choice, you will receive a car similar in size and within the same car group classification.

When you give us your credit card number, we pass it on to the hotel. This ensures that a reservation is held up to the date and time you indicate. If you intend to cancel, you must do it with in the stipulated time, otherwise hotel will impose ‘no-show’ charges on your credit card.

Some hotels take as much as 24 hours before they provide a confirmation number. If you do not get it in 24 hours, please let us know.

Since we are constantly updating the list, it is quite possible that your choice of hotel or the city of choice may not be available.
